Mike Belitz, a seasoned professional with significant success in both the music and real estate industries, transitioned into real estate development in 1999. He began with the construction of custom multi-million-dollar beachfront homes in the beach cities of Southern California. Over a period of eight years, he built roughly ten homes, showcasing his passion for custom beachfront home development.
In 2012, Mike relocated to Colorado and expanded his focus to commercial properties. This shift led to the creation of Five M Development Company in 2017, which has since constructed nearly 1,000,000 square feet of commercial properties. The company manages a substantial portfolio of assets, including warehouses and shopping malls, with a total value of approximately $90 million USD.
In 2022, Mike founded IQ Resorts, which owns various beachfront parcels in Costa Rica. Building on this foundation, IQ Luxe was established to further develop these prime locations. The company is currently building Mono Luxe Villas Condotel, Sunset Beach Front Luxury Villas, additional single-family luxury homes, and two beach clubs, including the Mono Loco Beach Club on the largest undeveloped property in Tamarindo.
